My husband is
always ordering things from the catalog for our pond. I was busy with cleaning
and food shopping and at one point wanted to take a break out back. My cup of
tea in hand, I open the sliding door to enter the yard and freeze. We get a lot
of wildlife visiting our pond, frogs, ducks, cranes, but this animal I was not
expecting.
“Oh yeah, I forgot
to tell you that I ordered this for the pond,” he says after I let out a scream
of terror.
The gator grows on
me and now I watch for the surprised expressions when one of my neighbors stops
by for a visit.
My husband has
this on his car.
Even though he
doesn’t share my love of ghost hunting, he readily drives my friends and me to
the different cemeteries. He seems way too happy to do this. Is he hoping that
we get abducted by spirits? Nah… he’s just happy that I’m not dragging him on
these trips with me.
On Friday,
September 21, our little group of ghost hunters went to the Laurel Hill
Cemetery to watch a Graveyard Cabaret called “No Rest for the Wicked”
What an amazing
show. Conceived and created by Rev’s Co-Artistic Directors, Rudy Caporaso and
Rosey Hay.
Here I am with
Rudy and friend.
We all enjoyed the music and songs as the three actors told of their journey between life and death.
A special hello to Alexis Jeffcoat, staff member who always makes our visits a pleasure.
